Two bachelors, photographer C. W. Tucker and his brother-in-law, Clyde Doughty, take time out for lunch. Lunch appears to be the old bachelor staple of fried bacon, bread with honey from the Mason jar and boiled cowboy coffee with Pet (condensed) milk, and because they are in town, a three-layer cake probably bought from the Steam Bakery. The empty wash pan makes one wonder if they washed up for lunch, and then because of the shortage of water, made the coffee out of the wash water. A delightful image in fine condition.
