Shoshone and Tecopa are small towns in the Mojave Desert, full of history and nature. In Shoshone, you can visit Dublin Gulch to see old cave homes, and the Shoshone Cemetery to learn about early settlers. Tecopa has the Mud Hills, the Amargosa River, the big Dumont Dunes for off-roading fun, and relaxing hot springs. Nearby, China Ranch is a historic date farm with hiking trails.
