SawmillEl. 5,200'Open year-round 8 Sites No water. Vault toilet. RV's to 16'. Campsites are first come - first served. Adventure Pass required for vehicles parked at this campground. Trash pick up is not available, so please help by taking your trash out with you. This campground is set on the Pacific Crest Trail. It is also one mile from the Burnt Peak trailhead. Location: From Castaic, turn northeast on Lake Hughes Rd. and drive 27 miles to the town of Lake Hughes. Turn left (northwest) on Pine Canyon Road (County Rd. N2) and drive to Sawmill Mountain (northwest) on Sawmill Mountain-Liebre Ridge Rd. about 10 miles to the campground. Call (661) 296-9710 for current conditions and additional information.
