Hikers, bikes or equestrian use only. Campsites are first come - first served. No water, no toilets. Campfire Permit is required, and may be obtained at any Forest Service office. Interagency Pass or Adventure Pass required for vehicles parked at trailhead.

Location: From Interstate 210 in La Canada, take the Angeles Crest Highway (Hwy. 2) approximately 14 miles to the Red Box Saddle. Park there and follow the Gabrielino Trail 5.5 miles to the campground. Call (818) 899-1900 for current conditions and additional information.
