Mystery Furnaces
In his guidebooks, Bill Mann talks about interesting and lesser-visited places in the Mojave Desert. One of these is the "Mystery Furnaces" north of Broadwell Dry Lake. These are remnants of old mining activity, though there is little in the way of specific detail regarding their origins or purpose. |
